CHRDA issues a new book : Human Rights and Justice Challenges in Libya 10 Years after the Revolution
On the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the #Libya revolution; CHRDA issues a new book on “Human Rights and Justice Challenges in Libya”.
The book includes four research studies highlighting the following issues:
- Legislative Process in Post February 2011 Libya
- The economic agenda of violence and its role in the continuation of conflict and civil wars: a study of the Libyan case
- Fighting corruption in Libya
- Challenges to the right to a fair trial
Research papers were prepared by: Dr. Suleiman Ibrahim, Dr. Fathi Ali, Dr. Jazia Shiitir, and Mohammed El-Ansary.
