A partnership with Fredrich Ibert to implement the Libyan women defenders

In the context of enlarging the scope of work of DCHR, especially within the frame work of the defenders program -which aims at building the HRDs capacities and empowerment .

A partenership with Fredrich Ibert foundation has been concluded on 12 October 2018 to implement the Libyan women defenders program during the years 2019 and 20 . The goal of the project is to promote and enforce democracy and the rule of law and women empowerment in the field of Human rights .

The program contain several training courses with the objective of creating a Libyan women defenders well qualified and familiar with the international and humanitarian law , able to identify Human rights violation and to document it while protecting her online identity and the data collected .
